All order groups are invited to place an order between 1-15 March 2025. April, May and June 2025 purchase windows will remain closed for all during critical phases of testing and launch of the HERO programme, which replaces our current ERP (SAP) with a new backbone platform (D365). Providing the project's implementation remains on track, Staff Purchase will re-open in July/August 2025, which means only one purchase window will be closed for each group. These dates will be confirmed as the programme connections build.
A limited number of staff bags will be available for purchase in March 2025 on a first-come, first served basis.
